We're recruiting a Design Manager for a well-established and highly regarded commercial construction company based on Sydney's Lower North Shore. With a strong pipeline of education projects ranging from $15M to $25M in value, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a pivotal design leadership role with long-term career potential. The Role As Design Manager, you'll take ownership of the design coordination process across a portfolio of education builds - working closely with external architects, consultants, certifiers, and the internal delivery teams. Your focus will be on ensuring design intent is maintained while supporting constructability, compliance, and cost-efficiency from concept to construction.
