ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the contact centre team in a full-time, temporary role starting immediately. You’ll be working alongside a mid-sized, close-knit team, delivering high-quality customer service to inbound callers. While this role may share some similarities with traditional call centre jobs, the environment here is much more rewarding, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential to extend. While the role is primarily office-based in Melbourne CBD, you can enjoy 2 days of working from home each week after the training period, which can take 3-4 months or longer, depending on individual progress. DUTIES Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Provide troubleshooting and customer support over the phone Maintain and update internal databases Efficiently navigate multiple systems during calls Meet and exceed KPIs in a dynamic environment Manage challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence Be available for shift work (hours between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. , across seven days a week ) This role is perfect for someone with relevant experience who thrives in a team-oriented yet independent work environment.
