Are you an experienced Construction Planner ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-profile commercial projects? Our client is seeking a driven and detail-focused Construction Planner to join their dynamic team. About the Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of construction programmes across their live projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, the New Business team, clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure projects are efficiently planned and executed. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes and methodologies Perform monthly status updates on live projects Provide strategic analysis on project sequencing, resourcing, and efficiency improvements Review and challenge project design documentation to develop optimal delivery strategies Advise stakeholders on programme outcomes and trends Monitor market influences that may impact project delivery What You Bring Essential: Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial construction planning In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing, and productivity benchmarks Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Asta Powerproject Strong understanding of critical path methodology and network analysis Effective communication and leadership skills Familiarity with the WA construction industry and various contracting models (ECI, D&C, GMP, Cost Plus) Legal right to work in Australia Desirable: Experience with ACONEX, Hammertech, Jobpac, and Bluebeam Membership in a professional body (AIB, RICS, CIOB, etc.) Strong local network and industry relationships Ready to build something great?
