About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a male participant located in Nerang, QLD 4211 . The participant sustained a spinal cord injury which is the result of a motor vehicle accident. The participant requires support Monday through to Sunday, in the morning (8:00 AM - 10:30 AM) and evening (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and is available for an immediate start . Key Responsibilities Personal care and hygiene support Medication management Manual handling, including transfers and hoist use Complex bowel and catheter management Community access and participation in health and rehabilitation activities Pay Rates Day shift : $40.00/hour Afternoon shift : $44.00/hour Saturday shift : $56.00/hour Sunday shift : $72.00/hour What's in it for You?
