The position will offer a competitive base salary of $75,000-$80,000 plus Superannuation. Job Requirements: We are seeking an experienced, qualified, and passionate, skilled person to fit into the role of Retail/Shop Manager. Your regular duties and responsibilities will include: · determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards · formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices · promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services · selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use · maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions · controlling selection, training and supervision of staff · ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations · Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. · Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability. · Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. · Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff. · Manage the store's budget, including expenses controlling and ensuring financial objectives are met.
