Our client, a leading ASX-listed enterprise, is seeking a hands-on Network Delivery Support Engineer to join their Digital Services team in Brisbane during a pivotal period of transformation and growth. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of network mobilisations and demobilisations across projects, contracts and corporate sites. The role will see you working closely with managed service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless network delivery and support. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end network commissioning and decommissioning activities Assess and deliver WAN services in collaboration with carriers and network MSPs Manage carrier service cancellations and upgrades Support user acceptance testing and ensure complete handover documentation Maintain accurate network documentation and tooling Deliver network changes related to hardware, services, and coverage (wired/wireless) Triage and assist with day-to-day network issues (BAU support) Perform soft configuration and assessments across Fortinet SD-WAN, Cisco, Meraki environments About You: Proven experience in coordinating network deployments and modifications in a corporate setting Solid understanding of WAN/LAN infrastructure, including working with managed service providers Familiarity with Fortinet SD-WAN, Cisco and Meraki networking technologies Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Self-motivated, hands-on, and solutions-focused The Details: Location : Brisbane CBD – hybrid model available Salary : Up to $130K Total Fixed Remuneration Package Start Date : Early July preferred This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role within a high-performing Digital Services team.
