The Role As part of the small System Reliability and Platform Engineering team, you’ll focus on enhancing software delivery, automating workflows, and improving the reliability and scalability of key systems. You'll work alongside a passionate team of engineers to ensure that platforms are efficient, secure, and developer-friendly. What You’ll Be Doing Improving system performance, monitoring, and alerting. Building automation into deployment and maintenance processes. Supporting infrastructure upgrades and cloud environments. Collaborating with development teams to streamline delivery. Participating in on-call rotations (shared within the team). Ensuring new environments meet performance and security standards. What We’re Looking For 8 years in software engineering or DevOps roles. Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker), and modern CI/CD tools. Proficiency in at least two languages such as Python, C++, C#, or JavaScript. Solid understanding of system monitoring, alerting, and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki). Familiarity with infrastructure as code and agile environments. Why Apply?
