YOUR ROLE As Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the site’s engineering capabilities with strategic business objectives. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and oversee all aspects of maintenance, capital investment, industrial services, and asset performance. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and develop the engineering team while addressing skill gaps. Manage capital investments and align projects with site objectives. Implement TPM and planned maintenance to enhance reliability and efficiency. Oversee industrial services to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance. Manage MES and automation systems to support production and standards. IS THIS YOU????
