This is a key technical role focused on medium-term planning to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective production outcomes. About the Role This role is responsible for designing and scheduling the medium-term mine plan, with a strong focus on alignment with operational execution and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Maintain and update the 24-month Short Range Forecast (SRF) Develop and optimise medium-term mine designs and schedules Design dump and haul road layouts to support efficient material movement and rehabilitation Review overburden removal methods and recommend improvements Work closely with short-term planning and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation Identify planning risks and constraints, and propose practical mitigation options Support budget development and operational reporting The role offers a 5/2 roster, with Monday to Thursday on-site and Friday from a regional office.
