What are my accountabilities? - Lead and coordinate technical investigations and compliance assessments across a range of building types. - Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure service delivery within SLA commitments. - Conduct site inspections and assess construction work for compliance with Australian Standards, NCC, and regulatory requirements. - Prepare expert reports detailing defects, risks, causes of failure, and recommended actions. - Oversee tender documentation, contractor procurement, and project manage remediation works. - Provide strategic technical advice to clients to support risk mitigation and compliance. About you - Qualifications : Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or Engineering (minimum), with an Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction Management preferred. - Experience : 10 years in a supervisory role within construction, consulting, or engineering, with exposure to commercial, strata, and multi-level projects. - Expertise : Strong knowledge of building codes, WH&S, risk-based surveillance, and construction contracts. - Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, iAuditor, Salesforce is a plus. - Attributes : Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently or as part of a national team.
