With a strong reputation built on client trust and technical excellence, the business is now seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Broking Administrator to support its expanding portfolio. This is not a sales or new business development role. Instead, it presents a unique opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who excels in process, compliance, and client servicing — someone who plays a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring the broking team is supported to operate at their highest level. About the Role Reporting directly to a legacy leader and recognised industry figure, this role is integral to maintaining service standards and operational efficiency across a growing book. You'll be a go-to resource within the team, trusted for your precision, reliability, and deep understanding of commercial insurance workflows. Key Responsibilities End-to-end administrative support across renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation Liaising with insurers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of information and quotes Managing compliance requirements and internal systems Assisting brokers with pre-renewal preparation, proposal documents, and client correspondence Supporting operational improvement initiatives where appropriate About You You’ll bring proven experience in a broking or underwriting support capacity, ideally within the commercial or SME insurance space. Your strengths lie in execution, follow-through, and attention to detail — with a clear understanding of the importance of internal service delivery in a high-performing team. We’re looking for someone who: Has 3 years' experience in a broking support or underwriting admin role Demonstrates a strong grasp of commercial insurance products and processes Thrives in a team-first culture and takes pride in their contribution Is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
