An exceptional opportunity exists for two Administration Officers / Admin Assistants to join a supportive customer services team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, including timely processing of customer orders . Based in Western Sydney with free onsite parking and stable 8am–4pm hours (Mon–Fri), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing customer service and logistics team on a temp contract with strong potential for permanency! This is a 6-month contract role with a strong view to permanency, where your ability to manage customer orders with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency will directly contribute to operational success. This newly created Administration Officer roles will focus on the following: Managing customer orders received via email and Excel attachments, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the internal CRM/order processing system. Work with the Account Managers and team to monitor the customer service inbox and process orders in a timely manner. Entering and updating order details, codes, product data, and shipping instructions into the company’s CRM, maintaining clean and accurate records Reviewing Excel spreadsheets and extracting relevant data for upload and coding within internal systems Validating order information to flag inconsistencies and ensuring alignment with customer instructions Liaising with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication around order requirements Assisting with documentation, reporting, and general administrative support as needed Ideally, the preferred candidates should reflect the following skills, expertise and mindset: Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills to successfully complete data entry and order processing. Confidence working in Microsoft Excel (basic) and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Clear and professional written communication, especially via email A team-oriented and proactive approach to work. Benefits and Career Potential!
