About The Role Reporting to our Human Resources Manager, in this full-time 9 month contract, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide accurate administration support to our Human Resources Team. Specifically, this will include: • Being the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering timely and professional support and escalating matters when appropriate • Providing end-to-end support across employee onboarding, offboarding and employment changes • Managing HR documentation, contracts and compliance records • Liaise with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing of employee changes • Maintaining accurate employee data and support HRIS administration • Supporting various HR projects including the management of our employee recognition scheme. This position is based at our Greek Street, Glebe office, we currently offer 50/50 hybrid and flexible working hour arrangements. About You: You will have extensive administration experience, ideally in an HR or busy office environment combined with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills. You are a friendly and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills who understands the importance of confidentiality. This will all be supported by intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. Previous experience working with Dayforce HRIS and/or EBAs and Awards would be highly regarded.
