Watch the Video on why DB Results is a great place to work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g66JgRO6ZN4 Key aspects of the role may include: Greet and welcome all customers, employees and visitors attending the office providing excellent customer experience Management of incoming calls Provide administrative support to management and staff including digital filing, typing, formatting proposals/reports and preparation of presentations Coordination of internal meetings, workshops and client functions, including accommodation and catering Internal event and travel coordination Coordination of administration related to onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees Provide support to HR for Health, Wellbeing & Community Program Fire Warden duties Understand & follow DB Results values, policies, standards, processes and methodologies Ensure the office is run in a smooth, efficient and cost-effective manner Ordering and maintenance of office equipment, systems and supplies Ensure smooth running and upkeep of kitchen and meeting rooms. Participate in company projects and/or initiatives as required Office hot desk booking administrator. To be successful you will have: 1-2 years of relevant experience as Receptionist and/or administrator Previous background providing customer services experience to executives in a professional environment Happy and vibrant personality with enthusiastic meet and greet demeanour Can-do attitude, initiative and ability to take ownership Strong software skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues Attention to Detail Flexibility and adaptability to multi-task and juggle busy workload Flexibility with working hours (occasional) Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to plan and implement company initiatives You must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
