Reporting to the Technology Integration & Data Manager, this role focuses on the administration, operation, and governance of enterprise integration platforms, primarily MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub), Solace PubSub, and Globalscape SFTP. Key responsibilities include ensuring platform availability, performance, and security, managing upgrades, monitoring, and incident resolution, and supporting CI/CD pipeline maintenance via Azure DevOps. The role may occasionally support MuleSoft development however the primary focus is platform stewardship, enforcing governance standards, best practices, and maintaining robust technical documentation. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering is a strong asset for potential future expansion. Key responsibilities: Lead the administration and operational management of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub), Solace PubSub and Globalscape SFTP, ensuring platform stability, availability, and optimal performance across cloud and on-prem environments. Oversee the configuration and support of integrations connecting Airport Operational Systems, Baggage Handling, Building Management Systems, SaaS-based Business Applications (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow ITSM, Microsoft Dynamics, Asset Management Systems), on-premises services, and 3rd party systems used by Airlines and Air Services Australia (ASA), focusing on platform-level readiness and reliability. Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure integration platform capabilities align with solution requirements, providing guidance on platform usage, configuration, and governance. Administer and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for MuleSoft and related platforms, ensuring smooth, secure, and automated deployment processes, while continuously enhancing workflows for operational efficiency. Manage and operate Solace PubSub as an enterprise messaging platform, including topic/queue configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, and support for event-driven integrations. Enforce governance standards and best practices across all integration platforms, including MuleSoft, Solace, and Globalscape SFTP, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the health and performance of integration platforms, including proactive incident resolution and capacity planning for MuleSoft CloudHub and Solace PubSub. Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of the integration platforms through effective role-based access control (RBAC), certificate/license management, and adherence to enterprise security policies. Maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation for platform configurations, operational procedures, access controls, integrations, and maintenance activities. Administer and maintain Globalscape EFT/SFTP platform, including user provisioning, folder structure management, permissions, and secure file transfer configurations. Manage user access, roles, and permissions across MuleSoft, Solace, and Globalscape platforms, in alignment with security and compliance standards. Implement and manage platform upgrades, patches, and certificates, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to change management processes. Support and enhance Azure DevOps automation pipelines for platform deployments and configuration changes, driving efficiency and reliability in integration operations. Leverage or develop expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering to support evolving enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives, contributing to the team's overall technical growth. About You Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5 years of enterprise integration experience, including 3 years in MuleSoft development, with expertise in CloudHub and Anypoint Platform. Knowledge of API-led connectivity, RESTful services, RAML, and DataWeave. MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or Platform Architect certifications. Experience with Solace PubSub for messaging is a plus. Experience with Azure DevOps or other DevOps tools for CI/CD automation. Experience with platform administration for MuleSoft CloudHub, Solace PubSub, and Globalscape EFT. Knowledge of license management, user access provisioning, and platform upgrades. Knowledge of integration patterns, security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, SAML), and performance monitoring in MuleSoft CloudHub. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering will be considered a strong plus. Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Skilled in automating integration platform deployments and configuration changes to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention. Experience in proactively monitoring and troubleshooting MuleSoft and Solace platforms, performing performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident resolution. Expertise in implementing RBAC, managing certificates, licenses, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. Capable of maintaining detailed, up-to-date documentation covering platform configurations, access controls, operational procedures, and integration architecture. Demonstrates a commitment to maintaining platform stability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and best practices. Works effectively with enterprise architects, analysts, and developers to align platform capabilities with technical and business requirements. Ensures integration platforms adhere to governance, compliance, and security frameworks. Always seeking ways to improve automation, deployment efficiency, and platform reliability. Ensures precision in documentation, configuration management, and monitoring processes. Prioritizes secure platform access, data handling, and compliance with organizational security policies.
