Duties will be supporting sales agents with: Providing strong sales administrative and organizational support to the Sales Agents. Sales to settlement coordination to ensure a smooth transaction. Liaising with settlement agents, buyers, sellers, and internal staff. This agency have a high value, low-volume workload, allowing you focus on customer service and client experience. Support and coverage to the other Administrator's. (Listing Co-Ordinator and Marketing Administrator) Work to ensure efficient and streamlined processes. Generally assist and support the Sales Team day to day as required. About you Previous experience as a Real Estate Sales Administrator / PA or EA - MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. Real Estate Sales Registration - MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. Experience with Vault RE is advantageous. Excellent time management skills. Professional presentation and vibrant personality.
