You will be responsible for performing administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the ward, support the multidisciplinary team and contribute to the overall operations of Northern Area Mental Health Service. The purpose of this role is to deliver a professional and caring customer focussed service, often as the first point of contact and communication for consumers, their families and visitors. This position is responsible for: All ins and out of administration tasks Ordering stationary for the unit Coordinating iPM movements for the unit Ensuring legal documentation is correctly entered into CMI Supporting other administrative tasks as directed by the program manager  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of all administrative systems, including iPM Proven ability to manage your time and balance competing priorities Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously Well-developed communication skills  Next Steps . . .
