The Opportunity - Experienced Administrator to support the Commercial Valuations team - Set up, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high standard. - Providing management and co-ordination of valuation instructions to support the team to ensure deadlines are met. - Finance support related duties; co-ordinating the processing of invoices, annual leave, expense, and debtor management - General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the best interest of the wider team and daily operations are met About you - An experienced administrator with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed (experience within the property of finance sector preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships. - Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems. - Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment. - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
