What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and setting up supplier accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accuracy across all account data Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations across multiple accounts Working closely with the construction team to deliver up-to-date job costing and financial insights Overseeing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Ensuring financial records are kept accurate and current across the board Setting up new customer accounts and processing invoices Building strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and clients to support collaboration What We’re Looking For: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (highly regarded) Previous experience in a similar role, within construction or property development A solid grasp of financial principles, industry regulations, and best practices Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Jobpac Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Why Join This Team?
