On offer is: Work Alongside a Team of Innovative & Experienced Professionals Long-standing and Established Company Close-knit Team Environment About the role: Reporting through to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative support to Senior Account Managers; Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and quotations accurately and efficiently; Preparing client and insurer correspondence and maintaining updated claims and policy records; Assisting with customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution; Developing knowledge of insurance products, client industries and regulatory requirements; Managing a portfolio of private motor & domestic insurance; and Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive, values-driven work environment. About you: We are looking for a motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry. Ideally, you will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in using technology and systems, particularly word processing and spreadsheet applications; A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving; and Prior experience in insurance will be highly regarded.
