Who we are Digital Platforms and Products Branch provide the wholesale digital platforms and services that underpin the department's retail digital products and corporate systems. We provide the architectural guardrails for design and implementation of digital systems in the department to ensure sustainability and enable innovation. We drive and support the adoption of DevOps practices to enable faster and more robust delivery of IT systems, including the uplift of testing practice. We manage digital platforms and products relating to Information and Records Management, ERP Systems and Web Systems. The primary role of DevOps, API and Integration Platforms and Practice is to optimise collaboration, innovation and efficiency in the delivery of our digital-ready solutions. We do this by, encouraging and supporting the adoption of DevOps and Agile methodology, configuring application and infrastructure pipelines to support automation in software delivery and overseeing the Application Lifecycle Management framework. We work to continually expand and mature our service offerings so we can improve the quality, assurance and speed of development delivery. The key duties of the position include The Job Responsible for uplifting ITSM process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the releases of digital services and products. Engage with relevant stakeholders and understand their expectations and concerns. Experience in identifying inefficiencies in operations and suggest improvements. Assisting DevOps Capability team leads with scheduling, resourcing, and communications. Providing 1st level support for DevOps, API & Integration services and products. Ensuring user access rights and privileges, access controls and security systems are in accordance with agreed policy and standards. Providing support to various projects.
