Payroll Administration Officer Applications close 20th June 2025 We're looking for a detail-oriented team player to support end-to-end recruitment, induction, and payroll functions. The successful candidate will have a proven history in high quality customer service, excellent payroll skills and exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with our HR team and leadership, you'll manage job ads, onboarding, and payroll processing with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Availability: This part-time role is a Fixed Term position commencing July 2025 - June 30th 2026 based at Newtown Stadium on Mondays and Tuesdays, with hybrid options available. Key Responsibilities: ● Process all employment contracts and induction through the relevant HRIS platform. ● Maintain an accurate database of employee records ● Responsible for all payroll functions, including processing pays, backpays, Motor Vehicle Allowance. ● Responsible for payroll end to end functions including liasing with managers for pay queries and file, weekly auditing and updating and payroll system ● Send out of pulse /quarterly employee engagement surveys to understand the voice of the employees ● Undertake special projects as required such as the co-ordination of Staff and Volunteer Awards event, Christmas events. ● Ensure vacant positions are advertising when requested ● Oversee the organisational HR policies and processes in relation to recruitment, induction, probation periods, through to conclusion of employment.
