We are looking for a staff member who possesses: A record of innovative practice Knowledge of delivering a concept-based curriculum through inquiry learning. An ability to inspire mixed culture and ability classes, by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students A strong desire and proven ability to work in teams in and out of the classroom An outstanding record in building relationships and community with students, parents, and staff An intentional ability to balance academic and social-emotional development and wellbeing Value diversity and belonging and seek to create a classroom environment where all students feel included Curious, open-minded, and willing to change their own thinking and practice Experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) or in international schools is desired – but is not a deal-breaker.
