This is a permanent full time role and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane. This role is responsible for supporting functions across the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to achieve fundraising targets for the Foundation. The role’s key objective is to provide administrative support to the Philanthropy and Partnerships team and Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy. Who are you? A self-starter with proven ability to work independently and collaboratively An excellent communicator who can relate to people of varied ages and cultural backgrounds whilst maintaining respect and professionalism You have excellent multi-tasking, planning and organisational skills and operate with a solutions-focused approach A stickler for the details, valuing attention to detail and high-quality work A values driven individual who will undertake activities in line with the organisation's values Key criteria To be successful in this role, you will possess the following: Diploma in Business Administration or role related discipline preferred but not essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with administrative systems and databases Proven experience working within a corporate environment in an administration-based role Experience coordinating meetings, diary management, setting agendas and issuing minutes is highly regarded Experience in financial processes such as raising purchase orders, issuing invoices for payment, reconciling of credit cards Experience in working with website, fundraising or volunteer management platforms will be highly regarded Experience maintaining files, records and documentation with accuracy and integrity of data What is our difference?
