While CCNP or CCIE certifications are highly desirable, they're not essential. More important is your ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver exceptional results for clients. Join a company with authentic community engagement initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain high-performing and secure network infrastructure. Lead network projects from start to finish, ensuring successful and timely delivery. Oversee design and change management processes, ensuring documentation remains current. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues at an expert level. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. Monitor network performance, recommend upgrades, and implement improvements. Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and supporting their development. Role Requirements: CCNP or CCIE certifications are highly desirable but not essential. Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with a track record of managing large projects. Strong ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high work standards. Excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder relationship management. Proactive approach and ability to work independently. Solid experience in account management and stakeholder engagement. Technical Requirements: Strong experience with the Cisco suite. Experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls. Familiarity with Juniper Networks equipment. Network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds. Proficiency in VPN technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto). Wireless networking experience (Cisco Meraki, Aruba Networks). Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Cisco DNA Center). Experience with Next-Gen Firewalls.
