About Us: Kite Magnetics is an advanced materials company based in Notting Hill, Victoria. Founded in 2022, we are commercialising Aeroperm®, a nanocrystalline magnetic material developed at Monash University that enables electric motors and generators to be significantly more efficient, compact and lightweight. Our mission is to reduce global emissions and energy waste by improving the performance of electric machines in transport, renewable energy and industrial applications. In 2025, we are building out a new pilot-scale production facility in Melbourne to scale up our manufacturing capability and support our growing customer base. As part of our engineering team, you will work alongside experienced mechatronics, materials and automation engineers on real-world projects that push the boundaries of sustainable manufacturing and advanced electric motor technology. We are a collaborative and hands-on team that values curiosity, transparency, and impact, and we are proud to be building high-tech jobs and capabilities here in Australia.
