The Role PLC is seeking a passionate and experienced Gifted and Talented Teacher (Years 7-12) to join our Learning Enhancement Department. This role plays a key part in identifying and supporting highly able students, including twice-exceptional, and underachieving learners - to help them reach their full potential. We are seeking someone who can commence as soon as possible, through until the end of the 2025 school year. As a part-time (0.5 FTE) role, this offers a great opportunity for someone seeking flexibility to balance work with other commitments. About You You are a qualified and capable Gifted and Talented Teacher, with experience working with students across Years 7-12. You will bring expertise in identifying and assessing both gifted and underachieving students, a strong understanding of the theories and practices underpinning gifted education, and a commitment to inclusive, evidence-based teaching approaches. You’ll represent a positive role model for young women, be able to relate well to students, colleagues, and parents, and be committed to the integrity and ethos of the College.
