Job Description What you'll be doing: Design, simulate, prototype, and test electronic circuits and subassemblies. Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer. Select and qualify electronic components to meet design and regulatory requirements. Develop and execute test plans for lab and flight environments. Perform hands-on troubleshooting with oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and other test equipment. Liaise with contract manufacturers and suppliers on technical queries. Support compliance testing and flight-readiness reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams. What you'll bring: Essential: 6 years of experience in board-level analogue and digital electronic circuit design. 3 years using Altium Designer in commercial product development. Strong hands-on lab skills with common electronics diagnostic tools. Beneficial: Experience with switch-mode power supply design. Familiarity with embedded firmware development. EMI troubleshooting and compliance test experience. High-speed and low-noise digital/analogue design for manufacturability. Rework and soldering of fine-pitch components. Understanding of mechanical integration and design trade-offs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic R&D environment.
