We're currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Support professional to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our distribution partners and ensuring seamless communication, efficient order handling, and sustained sales growth. What you’ll do: Act as the first point of contact for distributor enquiries, providing timely, professional, and solutions-focused support Manage order processing, tracking, stock checks, and system-related assistance Communicate regularly with distributors to follow up on leads, quotes, and site deliveries Identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting Collaborate with distributor partners to develop a robust sales pipeline and close deals Conduct online product demos and training for prospects when required Stay up to date on GRAF products, projects, and market trends to provide informed advice Research accounts and maintain an accurate database of prospects and key stakeholders Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the internal sales process and customer experience About You: Essential Proven inside sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team mindset Desirable Resilient and composed under pressure, with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally Friendly, patient, and approachable attitude Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as required
