We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support professional to deliver exceptional service to our distributor network. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for distributor enquiries, providing timely, accurate, and solutions-focused support that helps drive sales growth and build long-term relationships. What you’ll do: Handle incoming distributor enquiries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently Manage order tracking, stock verification, placement, and basic troubleshooting Communicate proactively to follow up on leads, quotes, and deliveries Escalate technical or external sales matters as appropriate Balance customer needs with company policies to deliver fair and effective outcomes Identify and pursue sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting Research industry accounts to identify key contractors and stakeholders, maintaining a strong prospect database Support the development of a sustainable sales pipeline in collaboration with GRAF distributor partners Deliver online product demonstrations and training when required Recommend improvements to enhance the sales process and customer experience About You: Essential Proven inside sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and decision-making ability with attention to detail High level of integrity, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset Desirable Resilient and composed under pressure with the ability to manage difficult interactions Friendly, patient, and approachable attitude Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime when required
