Pathways (Degree Transfer, Pre-Master’s Program) Accounting/Finance/Economics Teacher Casual or sessional position based in Adelaide Be part of a flexible, supportive and successful learning environment giving our students the opportunity for future tertiary success Role The University of Adelaide College (UoAC) is seeking a teacher or academic in Accounting, Finance, Economics and similar subjects for 2025 Pathways Programs. The ability to teach a range of subjects is always of interest. These programs articulate with the University of Adelaide undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Responsibilities Efficiently planning and delivering high-quality face-2-face lessons in accordance with the curriculum and class schedules Conducting courses spanning a range of language levels to international students who will proceed to study further with higher education Carrying out administrative functions and operating with an LMS and Microsoft applications Addressing individual student needs and concerns both in and outside the classroom as appropriate to educational and institutional guidelines Participating in a team environment and contributing to the effective delivery of quality courses offered to international students Requirements Experience in teaching international students A recognised postgraduate degree in an appropriate field Experience in tertiary and/or secondary education Energy, enthusiasm, and a dynamic approach to classroom performance A commitment to student learning Effective communication skills and ability to communicate tactfully Confidence using educational programs and the LMS (Canvas) Kaplan Higher Education and the University of Adelaide College Kaplan is a leading provider of lifelong education.
