About the role As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role has a seat at the table on business decisions that are made and will be a key player in scaling the business. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Careers team Work in conjunction with the Senior leadership team to develop and implement sales targets and strategic plans Identify opportunities for business growth and drive resources and initiatives to gain those opportunities Provide ongoing support and training to team members to ensure targets are achieved Work with HR to drive recruitment and retention of the Careers team About you You will showcase how you have led a successful contact-centre sales team within an education provider, understanding that success if just as much about meeting and exceeding KPI's as it is about ensuring your team is engaged, supported and set up to succeed. You are results focused and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to tackle a healthy challenge and have the resilience to navigate through the storms that may be encountered.
