What you'll bring: Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the electricity industry involves managing complex design projects and diverse teams. That’s why some of the essential requirements required to be considered for this role are experience in areas such as, effective resource planning and coordination, developing team members through training and mentorship, translating business strategy into clear objectives, monitoring performance and addressing issues, and managing and analysing contracts and tenders. As well as: Relevant degree qualification in engineering, design, project management or construction, with experience and knowledge of substations, transmission lines and/or telecommunications technologies; OR A lesser qualification in engineering, design, project management or construction coupled with significant experience and knowledge of substations, transmission lines and/or telecommunications technologies.
