They are now looking to appoint a Salesforce Engineer to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and help uplift the systems that support frontline care and service delivery. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional who wants to make a meaningful difference while staying close to hands-on technical delivery. Working alongside business and technology teams, you’ll play a key role in optimising and expanding the use of Salesforce across various operational and support services. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Salesforce admin functions (user accounts, security, layouts) Delivering technical changes including configuration, customisation, and integrations Building reports, dashboards, automations, and maintaining system health Managing the support queue and ensuring timely resolution of tickets Supporting third-party solutions like Pardot, Skedulo, and DocuSign Working across cross-functional teams to identify and implement platform improvements Providing training, documentation, and support to boost platform adoption Managing vendor performance and aligning delivery to internal standards What You Bring 4 years in a Salesforce-focused technical role Strong capability across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Advanced skills in workflow automation (Visual Flows, Process Builder), custom objects, and triggers Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams Availability to be onsite at the Melbourne CBD office at least 3 days per week What’s In It For You Make a real difference by supporting teams who deliver essential services Enjoy the benefits of full salary packaging as part of a not-for-profit organisation Be part of a warm, collaborative, and purpose-driven team Access hybrid working, with three days onsite and the rest flexible If you’re a Salesforce Engineer who’s passionate about working on meaningful projects with great people – we’d love to hear from you.
