About the Role We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a growing team in the fast-paced food and consumer goods industry. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across an assigned territory in New South Wales, developing strong relationships with independent grocers, retailers, and foodservice distributors, and ensuring the brand maintains a strong presence on shelves and in stores. You’ll be representing a high-quality food brand known for its commitment to product excellence, customer experience, and ethical sourcing. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts across grocery, independent retailers, and specialty food stores Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across your NSW territory Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets Manage product placement, in-store promotions, and merchandising to maximise shelf visibility Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business decisions Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance feedback to management Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer service and campaign alignment Attend trade shows, food expos, and local events to promote brand visibility and generate leads About You 2 years’ experience in field sales or account management, ideally within FMCG or the food & beverage industry Strong knowledge of the NSW independent and grocery retail landscape Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage a field-based role autonomously Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Comfortable with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Driver’s license and willingness to travel within the NSW region What’s on Offer Competitive salary car Opportunity to represent a growing brand with strong ethical and sustainable values Supportive team culture with room for career progression Autonomy and ownership of your territory
