We’re looking for a Retail and Customer Support Supervisor to lead our Sydney-based customer service and warehouse team during a parental leave period. This is a great opportunity for a store manager or supervisor with optical or retail experience ready to step into a broader role supporting operations across multiple countries. About the role This is a great opportunity to gain head office leadership experience, international retail exposure, and practical skills across logistics, customer support, and team management Lead the customer service team and handle internal and external escalations using ZenDesk Support new store openings, relocations and associated operational needs Maintain strong customer feedback and NPS Greet visitors at our Sydney CBD office Lead the warehouse team and oversee stock dispatch and store deliveries Forecast inventory and coordinate stock transfers Coordinate stocktakes and returns Assist with product quality checks during peak times About You Experience as a store manager or supervisor Background in retail, optical, or customer service Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong communicator, confident with Excel or Google Sheets Familiar with tools like ZenDesk or Magento Optical experience is a bonus If you are interested in joining a growing global network of optometry service providers please apply.
