We’re on the lookout for a Digital Experience Designer to join our Sydney team—someone who thrives in ambiguity, adapts across projects, and brings a consulting mindset to every engagement. You’ll be hands-on, client-facing, and deeply embedded in shaping experiences that matter. What you'll do: Lead design engagements with clients, guiding them through ideation, discovery, and delivery with confidence and creativity. Champion Design Thinking—developing personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that bring ideas to life. Use research to uncover user needs and translate insights into intuitive, scalable solutions. Facilitate workshops, assess technical and business options, and co-create with stakeholders and engineers alike. Align design systems with brand and tech frameworks, ensuring every pixel has purpose. Manage fidelity of design. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure designs are not only beautiful but buildable. Apply responsible AI practices and identify high-impact use cases that elevate user experience. Shape stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that drive delivery and measurable impact. Define and assessing current state problems, constraints, and risks to ensure the right problem is being solved. Identify, scale, and prioritise business requirements & acceptance criteria. Story and Epic creation. You’ll also play a key role in championing presales and experience design, helping shape the vision and value of our solutions from the very first conversation. What skills and experience you bring 5 Years of experience working as an Experience Designer with solid customer facing experience across multiple industries. Experience working in large, complex organisations such as tech, financial, government, retails, mining organisations. A natural communicator who builds trust with stakeholders and thrives in collaborative environments. A creative thinker who’s just as comfortable sketching ideas as they are presenting to executives. Experience designing for cloud modernisation, AI, and product innovation. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Miro.
