In this role you'll provide administrative assistance to a team of Solicitors and Paralegals and enjoy on-going training, support and mentoring whilst also providing Reception relief. Some of your duties will include, but not limited to; opening new files editing & amending legal documents mail collection and distribution monthly preparation of client bills attending to photocopying, scanning and sorting documents and correspondence for the team answer overflow telephone calls for the team liaison with clients and other parties archiving and closing of files relief reception other general administrative duties as required to assist the team Skills and experience we'd love Ideally you will have previous experience (6 to 12 months), working in an office environment, a good understanding of MS Office, 40wpm typing and excellent communication skills. The completion of a certificate in Legal Business Administration or similar will be highly regarded.
