The Opportunity Are you a proactive and experienced Legal Assistant ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-calibre legal environment? Our industry-leading Projects, Energy & Infrastructure (PEI) practice group is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our collaborative team of six Legal Assistants and two Administrative Assistants. The role: You’ll be the trusted right hand to two Partners and a team of senior lawyers, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional client service. What your day could look like: Navigating complex billing processes and managing client-specific admin with finesse Owning file management from opening to closing matters Coordinating internal and external appointments for busy Partners Supporting business development efforts and preparing for key events Mentoring and coaching Administrative Assistants to help them grow Juggling a wide range of responsibilities with confidence and care What we’re looking for: A Legal Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings a solutions-focused mindset, and is passionate about delivering top-tier support.
