Responsibilities Co-ordinating and managing all construction activities on a massive industrial manufacturing project; focusing on safety and ensuring the project risks are identified and managed. Managing the day-to-day construction work and procurement activities, resource/application requirements and project issues. Managing internal and external stakeholders' relations with sub-contractors, the client and internal staff. Coordinating sub-contractors and the quality of their work. Providing accurate input into forecasting of the program resource & financial requirements You will possess 10 years of experience co-ordinating site works for capital projects or maintenance activities. Experience of formwork, reinforcement, and pouring concrete. Sufficiently broad understanding of engineering, and construction to allow safe integration of project workstreams. Experience gained whilst working in heavy industrial manufacturing facilities and associated infrastructure.
