Responsibilities: Organising all aspects of mobilisation, from flights to accommodation Keeping records up to date and ensuring documentation flows smoothly Tracking project correspondence and contractual paperwork Assisting with quality and compliance files and registers. Preparing key information for weekly and monthly reporting Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills Confident using document control systems and MS Office White card Driver’s licence Why Apply?
