What You’ll Actually Do: Manage the full sales cycle – prospect, demo, close, and expand Drive outbound activity, qualify inbound leads, and work tightly with the founding team Build relationships with construction leaders and decision-makers Educate the market on cost tracking, real-time reporting, and smarter job visibility Hit targets, but also help define the playbook as we scale Close deals that drive real operational change, not just cosmetic improvements Who This Role Is Built For: This isn’t for the rep who needs the full playbook and a polished deck before they make a move.
