About the Role This role will oversee staff leadership and management, strategic planning, program development, and financial accountability within the Business and Legal Portfolio. You will work collaboratively with the Executive Director, College Leadership Team and teaching staff to provide best practice service to students and all stakeholders. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing financial obligations including operating budgets. Managing the administration and academic delivery processes. Managing and supporting staff to deliver high performance. Contributing to the review of policies and procedures to efficiently and effectively manage business operations. Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships ensuring internal and external obligations are being met. Contributing to the implementation of the University's compliance framework, ensuring internal processes and practices are compliant. Employment Type: Full-time (1 FTE) Classification: SE3 Remuneration: $122,918 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation Work Hours: 38 hours per week Contract Length: Ongoing About You The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate an innovative, progressive, and collaborative mindset.
