Administration Officer — St Georges Basin, Shoalhaven Area

A respected retirement living provider is seeking a capable and personable Administrator for a temporary full-time contract role based in St Georges Basin . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older Australians and wants to make a real impact in a close-knit community environment. Our client is a national provider of Retirement Living. This contract position will commence as soon as possible , with full-time weekday hours and an attractive hourly rate of $40–$55 , depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors Handle front-of-house duties, incoming calls, and general village enquiries Support the Village Manager with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and reporting Manage documentation, maintain compliance records, and assist with contractor coordination Organise newsletters, events, and resident communications Foster a positive, respectful, and well-supported community for residents About You: Experienced in administration, reception, or customer-facing roles (ideally in aged care, retirement living, or hospitality) Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking ability Confident using Microsoft Office and managing basic reporting/documentation Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure Available to commence immediately and work full-time hours Current police check and up-to-date vaccinations (or willing to obtain) What’s on Offer: Immediate start in a values-driven, people-first environment Hourly rate of $40–$55 (dependent on experience) Temporary full-time contract – ideal for professionals seeking flexibility or a change Potential of permanent or longer term contract
