The SES Volunteers Association of WA is a Volunteer based Advocacy body that represents approx. 2000 State Emergency Service (SES) Volunteers across the State of WA . The SES plays a key role in countering the effects of natural and man-made emergencies. The Association’s principal objects are to do all things necessary to support and represent the interests of the Western Australian SES Volunteers. The Role They are seeking a suitably qualified individual to join the team on a part time basis as the Administration Officer to the Executive, and to provide administrative support. This is a great job opportunity to showcase your skills in a stand-alone role. Your Profile Previous experience in a similar role which includes minute taking, diary management and newsletter compilation and distribution Maintaining the asset register, issuing invoices, and managing stock control Contributing to the organisation of conferences and other functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Highly organised and ability to prioritise and multitask Can-do attitude Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, word and excel Cert III Business or similar desirable Conditions The working hours can be flexible to suit your needs, in agreement with the Executive.
