They are looking for a Marketing Administrator to help manage, improve, and build marketing initiatives as they grow as a business. The Role As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating the company's marketing strategies. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and team members to enhance brand visibility, manage promotional campaigns, and optimize communication channels to connect with our customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including advertising, content creation, and social media initiatives. Coordinate with sales and product teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral. Maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standard Track and analyse campaign data, preparing reports to measure effectiveness and align marketing strategies with company goals. Build and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and messaging. Monitor current trends in the agriculture industry to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement. Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality execution of projects. Support the organization of trade shows, conferences, and events, including marketing setup, collateral distribution, and on-site coordination. About you To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong marketing experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role; experience in the agriculture industry is highly preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in marketing tools and software including CRM platforms and social media management applications. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and create actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. What's on offer?
