Continued growth has now led to the requirement for an experience Client Liaison/Construction Administrator join their friendly team. The Job Amongst other duties, your role will involve liaising with clients from pre-contract through the entire build process including the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring signed contracts are executed correctly and loaded into the system, following up reports and approvals and reviewing plans to ensure they reflect contract documentation and variations. What you will Need You will have previous experience in a similar role ideally having worked for a house builder or in the construction industry. A Cert III in Business Administration will be highly regarded. You will be energetic and keen to develop your career.
