Risk & Opportunity Management: Identifying and developing strategies for risk mitigation and opportunity maximisation. This is a predominantly Head Office-based role, with some site visits as required for tenders or project handovers. Tender Expertise: Proven ability to form tenders, methodologies, and schedules from a first-principals build-up. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Project, Excel). Experience with estimating software (Expert, Candy, or Benchmark) is a plus. Qualified: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
