Project Administrator — Alkimos, Wanneroo Area

Our client requires some immediate support for 2 months. You will be supporting a large project, working alongside a busy technical team. Whilst some training on processes will be provided, you will need solid administration experience and strong software and systems skills in order to pick things up quickly. You will also be a self-starter, a natural problem solver and have a flexible approach to work as priorities may change at a moment's notice. Responsibilities may include: - Updating various project systems - Chasing stakeholders for information - Managing compliance documentation - Producing reports - Ordering PPE and general onboarding activities As well as solid administration experience, you will need to have: - Strong, quick and accurate data entry skills - Excellent communication skills - Able to work autonomously and be a self-starter - Can both follow process and be flexible when required - Able to pick up new systems and software easily - Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded Ideally you will be available immediately and available for at least 3 months.
