We’re looking for a motivated and organised Internal Sales (Fundraising Specialist) person to drive results and provide exceptional service within an assigned State. About the Job Internal Sales- Fundraising Specialsit plays a vital role in promoting and securing bookings for fundraising initiatives, including FunRun, Glowtastic and Billy G’s Cookie Dough, with schools, individuals, and various organisations. This position is focused on driving consistent fundraising revenue growth for the clients you serve by developing and executing tailored engagement strategies, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping organisations achieve their fundraising goals. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively market and sell the Company’s products and services in your assigned region, following established pricing and terms. • Maximize client acquisition and sales growth through outreach, relationship-building, and service excellence. • Execute all administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth sales operations and customer service delivery. • Clearly communicate and process customer orders to meet or exceed expectations. • Manage general office duties and respond professionally to incoming calls and client enquiries. • Provide accurate, timely information to both customers and internal teams. • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a respectful, team-driven work environment. • Maintain up-to-date sales activity records in our internal systems. • Communicate consistently with management regarding sales progress, challenges, and opportunities. • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and leadership in daily tasks and team engagement.
